Customized workouts with 1-5 other people at selected times. You’ll be coached through every rep. Spaces are limited and in high demand. Inquire for availability. Got a few friends who want to train? We can create a slot for your group.
Online Fitness Coaching
Got some equipment and space? I can provide specific programming to help you accomplish your goals on your own schedule. Perfect for busy, driven people who want to train at home or in another gym.
